5243810dba repack-min-cardsets: Remove temporary directory before copying (github #135) 
If the directory is not removed, on the second run of the script,
duplicated subdirectories will be created, e.g.
    $dest_vbase/cardset-standard/cardset-standard/
that will essentially double the unpacked size.
